”The host was friendly and hospitable. They put out snacks and juice for us. The property is a good size, but needs work. Some of the appliances didn’t work and the needed amenities were limited. The host shared that he was in the process of making repairs that should have been taken care of prior to our booking. A discount should have been given considering the various issues we encountered. ”

”Stayed 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our room was clean and very spacious with a kitchenette. The hotel itself was lovely and felt very safe. Free shuttle to Disneyland and a quick uber ride away from Val d’ Europe shopping centre. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay off Disney property.”

”The stay was ok and location for parks obviously perfect! For the price you would expect something more than ok though. Was left the feeling there wasn’t enough value for money. Especially room service was wildly overpriced.”

”Unfortunately, when arriving at our VIP lodge, there were lots of things wrong with the property in terms of damages. Our decking had a huge hole in it making it unsafe to go in, there was a speckles of blood on our bedsheets, and the bathrooms had hair in it. We also had one desk fan between two bedrooms in 38+ heat and I’m 19 weeks pregnant and have another child also. When reaching out, they expressed that they would bring us another fan, and new bed sheet and the damages would be looked into...

”GOOD SERVICE”

”Whilst we have stayed here before. The hotel should have emailed people to warn them about the lack of air conditioning in the room. We stayed on the night of the heatwave in France. The rooms were stifling and we all experienced the worst nights sleep of our life. We had to leave at 0400 as it was just unsafe in my opinion. The staff hadn’t even put the fan on prior to our arrival. Personally I’ll be asking for a refund as it was unsafe to be staying here with all of the ice machines also...
