”Our chalet was very new and extremely clean. Despite that the air conditioner resonated badly, kitchen table had been pulled off the wall and door handle was about to loosen. We were there 4 nights and luckily got 2 nights without a neighbor ´cos there are 2 apartments in Pianosa chalets which is a detail we didn't get in beforehand. The apartments aren't very well soundproofed and you can't sleep as long as the other guest is using his kitchen. Our terrace was also right next to the other...

”Love this property -we got at least once a year and they continuously invest in the water parks and pools which I appreciate. Amazing staff and entertainment. Too bad they don’t have a dedicated show area with chairs … only flaw.”

”The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, making our stay comfortable even in the summer heat. The beds were wide and comfortable, and all four of us had proper beds, which was a big plus. There were only a few working power outlets considering the number of guests, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the free underground parking was excellent, and the beach was only a short drive away. The breakfast was a traditional Italian breakfast, which means it was...

”Nice, great service at the a’la carte restaurant”

”Lapsille oli todella paljon tekemista!”

”Beautiful location!”

A parte interna do quarto estava limpo.”

”I have nothing but good things to say about my stay! Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, the staff were efficient in handling all my needs.”

”Locatie is geweldig, personeel heel aardig. Kamer was vochtig.

”Free parking is a bonus. It would be nice if breakfast were included. Reservations required for lunch and dinner. Make sure you are aware of Italian dining hours because food options become very limited between meals. I had to drive 30 mins to find a food option that was open (in portoferraio). The “private” beach is actually a small part of a public beach and you have to pay to use the chairs or umbrellas. Hotel is a stop over for tour buses during the day so there are people at the facility...

”Beautiful property, loved the view & live music at night. Wonderful food & drinks. Rooms are slightly dated & the gym definitely requires an upgrade & more equipment.”

”I missed the better cinnection to Cecina city!”
