”It was a comfortable, clean motel room and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are a little dated, so don't expect new bathtubs or sinks. But it was an excellent value, very clean and functional. I would stay there again.”

”The retro sign was a nice reference to the age of the property. The room had been updated and renovated and the bed was very comfortable. However, the connecting door let the sound through, and the guy next door played his tv all night. Other than that, it was a good experience.”

”We just stayed here overnight on our way to Colorado and it was perfect. The beds were comfy, the building was quiet and the entire place was clean. The breakfast was really nice with a nice variety of food items. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.”

”Having rehabbed multiple old homes myself, I can say the owners did a great job here of bringing "This Old House" back to life. "Before" photos that are onsite show just how run down this home was, how far it has come, and the level of dedication by the property owner(s) in this restoration. The photos are accurate, everything is new and very nicely done. Great location in a very nice, rural NW Kansas town.I look forward to my next visit.TY Samantha!- Chris”
