”From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Reception was warm and inviting , reception staff attentive and extremely helpful. Our deluxe room was simply superb! What a treat to have such a huge and comfortable bed with everything you need in the room as you arrive. The lamps were lit and it was warm and inviting as we entered. ”Hotel is a true four star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, service professional and the breakfast was excellent, with superb apple juice and nice cheeses. There was also good parking just outside of the hotel. The only downside is the location, if you are not travelling by car. It is not close to city centre and there seems to be nothing but a freeway near by. In that sense it's more like a motel. We were driving, so it suited us well.”

”From the moment we arrived I was blown away by the friendliness of all the staff. Front of house were exceptionally amazing, gave great recommendations for things to do in Derry over the weekend. Ate in the restaurant on Friday night and the menu had great options for everyone, food was delicious. Overall we had an amazing weekend, the hotel was warm, comfortable and welcoming and would definitely recommend.”
