”The place was very clean both inside and out. Quite, I slept very well. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There were two other large groups there and enough for everyone. The staff were very nice and helpful. My next overnight in Emporia will most likely be there.”

”Everything was exceptional”

”This was way better than expected for the price point. The beds were better than my more expensive hotel that I stayed in when I reached my destination. I’d stay here again.”

”The property is old and very rundown. Our first room had dead bugs in the bathroom and the tub was either stained very bad or just filthy. They gave us a different room that was just as old with peeling paint and dirty baseboards but there were no bugs. I tried to find another room but it was a small town and couldn’t find a vacancy. This property needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. The only thing positive I can say is the bedding appeared and smelled clean but we laid on top of the...

”This the 2nd year i have stayed here and i love it! its super cute and cozy. i also felt very safe when there was a tornado warning as it is partly underground. the managers were super with their communication when i messaged them. bed comfortable, nice big tv, great little kitchen. i will be going back next year!!!!”

”Thank you! Second time being your guest. We love this loft!”

”This is the Best House we ever stayed. Clean and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Very good neighborhood. We will definitely come back. Thank you ”

”The unit was spacious, well equipped, very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed . And a great local coffeeshop just steps from our front door. And cute boutiques up and down the main street. The stairs to the second are on the steep side but we are healthy and capable. No problem at all. And it was quiet being on the upper floor. We will definitely will be back!”

”First time meeting my (step) grandchildren and this house was home run! My wife loved the expansive kitchen to cook with the gang, the boys loved the pond, the paddleboat and the fishing (we caught one and cooked it up!). The firepit in the evening was the perfect way to end every day. Sleeping arrangements were great. Two beautiful bedrooms, one with a bath, one with a fireplace, and a loft to stow the kids away! The hosts were perfect. They reached out to us before to see if there was...
