”We were initially put in a room that was dusty and had a (small) mouse. But after a sleepless night we were moved to the Pinnacles building which was amazing! Staff was very responsive to our needs and did everything they could once we alerted them to the problem. One thing to note is the we were there during a heat wave and not all rooms are air conditioned- we had no idea. ”Room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom. The ceiling fan worked well and even in summer heat it was very cool for sleeping. Just behind the lodge is a short hike to a gorgeous overlook. The food at the restaurant on site was delicious and all staff were friendly and competent. I'll return for sure!”
