”In an all-inclusive resort, I expect to have food at all times. We showed up at 5 pm hungry from the airport and were told dinner is till 7 pm. There is no other option but to wait because there are no additional restaurants to buy food or snacks. My room shower overflowed and all the room floor got wet; I had to call the front desk and have maintenance come to fix it and dry the floor. ”Very good location, clean room, easy check in / check out, but with one issued while walking in the hallway on my way to the bar one of the security ask me if I was a guest there and felt kind discriminated lucky the front lady who saw me check in was passing by and she apologized. Need to be more careful and not to judge just because of apparence.”

”Very ordinary hotel under the name of Hilton. No any additional service like car rental, concierge as is mentioned in reservation pages. Very big minus because I did take this hotel for having those services too!! Shower don't pull, pool area is dirty. I did give t-shirts, socks etc to loundry and did tell many times, don't use dryer machine because they are merino woll. But they did, 5 Icebreaker t-shirt, 3 new is now one size smaller, 70 $ to 95 $ each! Staff need training, I did order same...
