”Overall would recommend if you appreciate value and you are not pretentious. The staff is friendly. Some are more attentive than others. The facility is clean. It is not extremely modern. It is not ran down. The handle in the shower needed to be adjusted.”

”We (mother 60, son 23) spent 6 days at Victoriano. Beautiful hotel right next to the beach, close to restaurants. Pool not very clean, but areas around it nice and comfortable. Laundry service expensive and sloppy, I don't recommend. Don't buy excursions at the front desk, overpriced. Bar/restaurant staff friendly and polite, good breakfast menu. Charming old building in perfect shape.”

”The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!”

From the very beginning when I checked in with Caroline… she was awesome !
The place is spotless, the pool spotless !
The view amazing !
Breakfast incredible !
You’re a two minute walk from the beach. You’re a two minute walk from everywhere downtown laundry restaurants, shops location is amazing.
Ya gotta stay here…. You won’t regret it. !!!

”STAY AWAY!!!! Fraud!!!!
The day we arrived- there was no food in the restaurant- it was closed at 5.30 pm while the brochure said dinner time 5-8pm-
2- over the span on 3 days out of the 8 day reservation there were several times when the cook came late- they literally didint make breakfast- even though our booking included breakfast in our reservation. The last day is when I got fed up since I have little kids 10, 14 and we were hungry since 11 and there were no restaurants nearby.

”The place itself is nice. If you’re a foreigner make sure to ask questions for the check out process. No one informed me of anything while check in. They will assume you know it all. Food was ok. Staff members were not as friendly.”
