I wrote a message the day before checkin and asked for a room with least number of steps due to my 83 year old husband's reaction to the altitude. They complied with a smile. The room was 101. It was so wonderful to stare at the lake and surrounded by loving, caring, helpful, pleasant staff. The restaurant has good food. If you do not eat...

”Great location. However, we were shown to the room we hadn’t booked and given the excuse that the family room had a leak. I think this was more of a mess up either way the booking than a leak.”

Der Allgemeinzustand ist fatal. Alles so dreckig und verratzt! ”

”Great views over the lake, spacious rooms and Alpacas roaming the grounds. We had a nice stay, the rooms can be little cold as the window seals aren’t great (we were there on a windy night). It is a little further from town than I expected but a taxi to the Main Street is only 10 Bolivianos. Staff were friendly and provided detailed info about the area. ”
