”The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.”
