”Unclean room. I had dinner included in my booking but was told no dinner included. Was told the same at breakfast but i showed booking info and was allowed in.”

”We were staying here because mum was in hospital nearby and we live four hours away. Staff were very friendly about last minute extension of our stay. Rooms are kept clean as long as you remember to put the little sign out, otherwise staff are very helpful if you need anything.”

”Despite the large rooms, the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. The beds are overdue to be replaced. Lots of piling on them and they didn’t have a fitted sheet. You could feel the bumps of the older mattress through the sheet that was on top of the bed. The sheet on top of the bed didn’t cover the entire mattress. It would roll up and expose the mattress in the night. I had to constantly get out of bed and pull it back over the bare worn mattress. Very poor lighting in the room and...

”Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. The room was clean and tidy. The mattresses were extremely hard. There were disability modifications for the toilet which worked well, but there wasn't anything for the...

”Had a one night stay with children.Rooms were spacious we had 2 family rooms Linnen was clean and fresh.Bathroom was clean all beit a bit dated. The staff make this place great everyone was very helpful nothing was too much trouble.We had dinner and breakfast and we were all coeliac they had options for choice The price was very budget friendly. Great budget stay in good location”
