”What an incredible stay! The staff here are just so welcoming and exceptional, truly top-notch. This place has it all, from ultimate relaxation to an unforgettable safari experience. If you're heading to the Serengeti, this is the only place I'd suggest staying at.”

”If you do anything book this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the airstrip you’re greeted with nothing but the best hospitality. The staff really make this place amazing. Daniel the manager and Denis the safari guide work alongside the staff to make sure you have the best experience. From the moment you wake up in your gorgeous suite to the moment you enter your safari car the experience is like no other. We came here on our honeymoon and can say it had been one of our best experiences to...

”The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident manager so nice and engaging. You feel welcome the moment you enter the premisses. The view from the rooms is stunning.”

”My stay was OK, but nobody from the hotel advised how to enter Serengeti Park via flight, while fees to be paid in the hotel - I was stuck at Serengeti airport for 3 hours”

”Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information. When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package. We clearly explained that we already had some activities booked and would decide after...

”Amazing property and management! Everything and everyone was very friendly and great! Rooms are huge, hot showers, amazing breakfast and dinner. Staff was super helpful and went beyond our needs. Definitely book, you will nit be sorry! We saw a lot of lions, zebras and other animals on the property.”

”This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime! The security was top notch, we did enjoy shining our flashlight out of the tent at night to see the "glowing eyes" . The lodge was great with the observation deck for animals and we even had water buffalo near the pool one afternoon while we were sunning with a G&T. The whole propery was clean and comfortable with first class service. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We had first class service the entire visit. Our guide through the...

”Great stay - clean tent, good food, fantastic staff, in the park so zebras on the doorstep! The only issues were that a) the bathrooms have no doors - which isnt good when you are 3 friends staying in 1 room - and there is a doorframe so goodness knows why there are no doors! And b) there was a grass fire which came very near the hotel and there was zero comminication about whether we were safe or not - simply saying "it will be fine" doesnt really do anything to reassure guests who arent used...

”I’ve never thought such service exists. The place, the stuff , the hotel itself were incredible. Safari was so exciting. The camp you live in is like my dream house I would like to take with me everywhere. I never forget the kindness of the stuff.”

”Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Belle endroit très reposant Je recommande”
