”On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice — the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property also offers EV charging, which is a great amenity in theory.
However, the biggest issue was the staff and overall attitude, which really affected our experience. We were traveling with a child and were initially placed in a very noisy room. ”Our stay was extremely frustrating from the moment we arrived. There were far too many stairs and level changes to navigate in order to reach the room, and very little assistance was offered to my wife and me. We were told to “take the elevator, and it’s only a few steps to your room,” but that was completely inaccurate. In reality, we had to navigate what felt like five different flights of stairs — going down and back up multiple staircases — all while carrying two large suitcases.

”We travelled and stayed in the hotel to join my Son for dinner, for Mother’s Day dinner, at RH Rooftop Restaurant (just a few moments from the hotel). It was a very nice and quiet place to relax.
