”Deze Riad ziet er niet alleen mooi uit, de gastvrouw zorgt er voor dat je je enorm welkom voelt. Na alle drukte in de medina is dit echt een rustige oase. Wel moeilijk te vinden, dus je laten ophalen vanaf de taxi is wel aangeraden. Wij hebben de transfer via haar geregeld waarop zij ons ophaalde vanaf de taxi. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Sohane. The riad was located very close to the main square, but still on a very peaceful alley. The staff was super friendly and was even able to offer us a vegan breakfast. We were also able to find some fantastic vegan restaurants from a close distance - such as Henna Art Cafe and Earth Cafe. Our room was spectacular, but the common areas didn't really match to our expectations. Even so, we absolutely loved to stay at Dar Sohane!”

”Hotelli on pieni ja paikallisen kulttuurin mukainen. Huoneissa on ikkunat vain sisäpuolelle päin, mikä tekee huoneista pimeät. Tämä johtuu rakennuksesta, joka on vanha arabirakennus; muuri ulospäin, mutta kaunis sisäpiha suihkulähteineen. Huone oli siisti, suihkusta tuli lämmin vesi ja huoneessa oli myös ilmastointi/lämmitys. Lämmitystä tarvittiin, koska ilma oli raaka ja kylmä helmikuussa. Katolla on uima-allas ja sun bedit. ”We had a lovely stay, the house is amazing! The kids lived the pool amd the garden.The staff, Amina and Mohammed were so friendly and helpfull, Amina makes the best breakfast.In the small village you can but fresh eggs, fresh bread and butter, all the items for breakfast. Also 10 min walk is the road, where you can buy softdrinks and snacks. In the bigger village of Thamesloht you can also shop groceries as fresh vegetables and meat!A car is good to have, but taxi’s are also an option.”
