Roof leaks, smells, was dirty and the fact is we are elderly and wanted a suite we were not informed it was on second floor with no elevator I am upset that I used my key card rewards for this. We will not be staying here ever again. Last thing is coffee in lobby is cold!!!”

Craig was quick to relay information and communicated promptly. Great stay. Would advise when using the ladder to the loft bedroom, be sure to have extra hands available to assist lowering the ladder as it is very heavy. Overall, great place and allowed for great SE Ohio visit. ”
