”The facility had a smell I general once you go into your room it had a mildew stench shower curtain had mildew spot all at the bottom the mattress and pillow were not comfortable”

The pictures on the hotel web site seems good and maybe a little too good to be true. When we arrived to register one could tell things were a little rough around the edges. Fixtures were dated and I could spot maintenance issues around the grounds that had not been taken care of. The room was plain with no effort at...

”I dont know how it was because we got there at 10:20 to find the lobby door locked and a note taped to the door that said Lobby closed at 10:00, No check-Ins after 10pm. They should say that on the website before you book a room.”

”Just wanted a little weekend getaway near the water. Matagorda is not crazy busy like Galveston so had a nice quiet weekend even on the 4th of July. Could see fireworks from the deck. The house was clean and cool. Would stay here again.”
