”- Room not that clean, baby found loads of hairs and things. - post-booking I got loads of repetitive spam messages to check in online days before arrival. - Facilities have restricted use, e.g. no children at pool 10am-6pm! ”My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .”

”Everything was fine, the room quiet. well-ecorated, clean and warm and there were nice extras - orange juice and porridge oats and plenty of tea and coffee.However the en suite shower room was a tight fit for my husband who is 6'4" so we would check if there was a larger en suite another time.”
