”This hotel is a mixed bag. The public areas look good and appear to have been updated and well maintained. The Starbucks opens early which was great. Our room was only okay, the bathroom was looking very tired, the bath didn't have a plug and the room shuddered every time you opened the door, not very solid. ”They advertised it as a queen bedroom, but the bed was definitely much smaller. The bedside tables were oddly very far from the bed, as if there should be a queen bed there. The sink was broken and leaking water all over the floor. The TV was broken and not working. The room was decently clean (it smelled like soap, which wasn’t the best smell) but the hotel itself was not as clean. The desk workers were a little helpful but ultimately didn’t solve any of our problems. This was one of the worst...

”Very easy check in with valet parking $40 overnight rate. We were on the 5th floor with a view of the Fiserv Center. Clean room with a sound machine and ear plugs, water bottles and a coffee/ tea maker. Bed was very very comfy and slept great. All the fun bars are in walking distance and great restaurants in walking distance as well.”
