”This is our second stay at this ryokan and onsen. We booked a tatami room for 5 people and it was a comfortable stay, though a bit cramped. If you want a private onsen, get there early because they were all booked by the time we arrived for check-in at 3pm. We did manage to book the private onsen for early the next morning. The public onsens were also very relaxing and easy to use. The kaiseki meals were amazing and they gave us a private room for dining. It's about a 10 minute walk from the...

”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”Everything was great , besides the shower was very cold and the water pressure wasn’t good , besides that everything was great great great”

”Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful. Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber. Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience”

”Hotel is a traditional Japanese one, with two huge onsen (indoor and outdoor), one dining hall and one for banquet. We couldn't get to try the dinner as we didn't 'book in advance'. It was ok as we could find some restaurants near by. The choice was limited compared to bigger cities, and we didn't want to have any western food. We managed to find a nice ramen noodle place which was delicious! Hotel staff were nice, only that they locked our fridge when I woke up next morning, trying to finish a...

”Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji! Room was nice and clean. Onsen was clean and empty when we were there. Service is excellent . Our personal server for dinner and breakfast, Nakamura San was the best! Kawaii! Delicious meals. Overall a memorable experience!”

”The hotel is in need of renovation. The location is however lovely and there is a cosy atmosphere nevertheless. I don't however think I would choose this hotel again. The reception guy tried to enter my room in the middle of the night to deliver a message when I was sleeping, luckily I had the door locked from the inside.”

”A spacious hotel with a great location right next to Lake Kawaguchiko, near the shops and the Fuji Mountain ropeway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the buffet was a high standard and plenty of choice”

”Everything was amazing, the room was clean, they provided you with the option to select the BBQ dinner which was delicious! They do have drink options at an extra cost. But would recommend to stop at a convenience store to get snacks and extra things to keep in the room. But overall the view amazing, the fire pit so peaceful. Such a nice little getaway! Would highly recommend! The staff honestly was top notch!”
