”The staff is amazingly friendly! We had a great stay at this traditional hotel. Older hotel but very clean! The views are incredible from the room and the park across the street is amazing! The best part of this all was the dining experience for dinner AND breakfast. Traditional Japanese meals with so many yummy things to try! ”

”We drove to Hoshinoya Fuji, as it was dark, the entry towards the check-in area is very easy to missed, suggest to have more road sign leading towards the resort. Once we checked in, there is a car to pick us up to our room up the mountain. The view of Fuji is stunning, if you are lucky enough to see it. ”The hotel is in need of renovation. The location is however lovely and there is a cosy atmosphere nevertheless. I don't however think I would choose this hotel again. The reception guy tried to enter my room in the middle of the night to deliver a message when I was sleeping, luckily I had the door locked from the inside.”
