”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

The traditional royokan rooms were an immersion in the traditional Japanese experience. However the absolute highlights were the authentic Japanese meals served by the most friendly and helpful staff. This stay could be the highlight of your trip.”

”This place is absolutely stunning! We felt in complete bliss from the moment we arrived snd sad to have left. It was a great relaxing break after Tokyo. The service was incredible, all staff was lovely. The views from the cabins were absolutely STUNNING! We were blessed enough to have clear views of mount Fuji! ”The hotel is in need of renovation. The location is however lovely and there is a cosy atmosphere nevertheless. I don't however think I would choose this hotel again. The reception guy tried to enter my room in the middle of the night to deliver a message when I was sleeping, luckily I had the door locked from the inside.”
