”April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. ”Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken,
Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!”

”The property and room were nice. The room was warmer than I like when sleeping and you are unable to set the thermostat on your chosen temperature. The sales pitch and attempt to get you to participate in the video and survey are over the top and uncomfortable. Adults should not be trying to get other adults to high five for no real reason. The sales people should really read their clientele better. Overall it was a good stay. ”

”Third time staying at this location. This unit didn't seem as clean as the previous two but wasn't terrible be any means. We did have an issue with ants on the backsplash in the kitchen area. I called the front desk and someone came and sprayed and put out some traps which looked like fixed the problem. They were very quick to respond. Only issue I have with check in at this resort is you have to get a parking pass from the timeshare sales people who try to get you to book a presentation with...
