”Needs serious updating. Door window frame to our room is broken. Blinds are broken/malfunctioning. Room and lobby smell musty. Check in staff did not explain how to get to location of our room—we were told to “go to the three buildings” for your room. That part was correct, we found the three buildings. However, we were on the bottom of three floors and parking around the back side was where we should’ve parked. We had to figure out which building and which floor without any signage to help us....

”Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake.
The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us.
We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best.”

”Our stay at Chateau on the Lake was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!”

”We really enjoyed the size of the cottage. The whole campus was pretty to drive around and look at the other cottages. We were disappointed in the kids water "park" and slide being down to maintenance. I think the worst part was checking in and then trying to be scammed into going to a time share meeting.”
