”A high quality hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful with a bank problem I had. The room was well laid out, with great views over the waterfront. The hotel is well-located for Mobile's dining options and walking around the more picturesque part of the city, and is across the street from the brand new Amtrak station. ”

” AWESOME! Real charm, character and hospitality. Anyone can stay at a cookie cutter hotel chain, but this place is one of a kind. Family owned and operated for multiple generations. You can feel the history as you walk around the property. Plenty of parking and good location within walking distance of restaurants and taverns. Ultra clean. Excellent value. Try it you’ll like it.”

”We just needed a place to stay for a road trip. The building was nice and well-maintained and our room was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great! A lot of good options for picky breakfast eaters. ”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”Booked online for area and value. All Staff was very nice and accommodating Although it appeared to be an older property it was clean. Breakfast was nice as well. Most of the parking is visible from the lobby and I felt safe. I would stay again if in the area ”
