”Beautiful property! Loved our stay. A couple of things could have made it better. We stayed here to have a pool day, but there was only one lounger in the entire pool. Had to lay on the ground. We were excited to hang in the happy hour as well, but the bar tender was less than friendly. Lots of great things though! Very clean. Great service at the front desk! Loved that they had treats and beverages out for guests. Would stay here again.”

”I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worse enemy. My key to the room wouldn’t not work and had to go down stairs three times until I was mixed to another room. When I was moved to the new room there was no shower curtain and the floors were terrible. Then I requested a refund because I was going to drive through but u was told there wasn’t going to be a refund. Then I requested a new room. Which then my sheets were stained and there were roaches in the sink and bath tub.”

”Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned”

”We enjoyed the service from every aspect. The wait staff in the restaurant were great! The drinks were strong and the food was hot. Great place!”

”Where do I begin? This is the worst hotel. I ever stayed on, the smell of mold., The dust on the fence, the broken elevator, and the fact that When you were showering. You were bathing in 2 inches of dirty water. The broken elevator You’re better of staying in your car of staying here. DO NOT STAY THERE.”

”I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. I sometimes wonder if booking through Expedia results in being...

”Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work.”

”We arrived late. After midnight. When we walked in our room, the bed mattress was pulled partially off the bed frame exposing the box between the mattress and the wall. It was very dirty, but the bed was made. There were a few brown stains on the window curtains. The ac filter was very dirty. So much so that it was causing our sinuses to act up. The shower had no bar soap or shampoo. It only had conditioner. We were close to the side exit so we chose to come and go that way we noticed garbage...
