”We really enjoyed our stay here as always”

”Property is ran down entrance of room made you want to turn around before entering room. Huge rusted spots on entrance room door. Up on opening the door dirty muddy stained over ran down carpet. Makes the room appear old. We stayed in Diana’s room first time was excited. Went in pool had to come out looking at sucktionin pool dirty and brown. Mirror spotted fire place rusted and dirty. Room was clean but everything felt dirty after all that. Beautiful potential but need help. Spoken to wait...

”Best host and accommodating our unexpected event with the toddler. Thank you”

”I booked my stay for The newer villas and paid for that. The pictures showed the new place. However what I Got Was the old version of The villas and things were Broken and and unpleasant. I chécked out a day earlier.”

”Look, you get what you pay for... this place was not worth quite that. The room was OK (e.g., bed and chairs) but that was about it. The TV had 4 channels (only) that pixelated/froze every few seconds, The plumbing needs a lot of work, The room does not have "heating controls" - but rather just a knob that turns the (loud) heater on or off... The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from 2-3 rooms away... My overall review... Ouch.”

”The property was nice, but my problem was when I opened the door, there was a weird smell, but after I turned on the air conditioner, the smell was gone. The second problem was there was no coffee maker, and they didn't even give us any water bottle or anything. The property is good; it just feels old, but room was good.”

”If your AC unit stops working in the middle of the night while you are staying with your family and young children, the response you expect from a hotel manager is 'Sorry, we can't help you with this.' This is deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable management. You are in the hospitality industry, yet you operate with zero hospitality, empathy, or accountability.”

”It was quaint, clean and well maintained.”

”The property is beautiful. The staff extremely professional, the decor amazing. I will be returning again next year”

”The hotel didn't meet my expectations, according to the ratings I read. I rarely leave poor reviews, but it warranted an honest review. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests. First, the TV channel selection is minimal and outdated, and it frequently lost its connection to streaming content. Although the TV had Bluetooth, it was difficult to connect and only allowed audio, and parental settings blocked streaming content from a laptop or cell phone. Some areas of our room...

”I switched to three different rooms because there were issues with cleanliness in the room”

”Hotelli remontoitu lähivuosina ja huone oli siisti. Aamiainen oli perus paahtoleipää jne., mutta sillä sai päivän käyntiin. Pikkukaupungin keskusta ympärillä hyvin sympaattinen.”

”Didn’t like the housekeeping staff to walk into our room before checkout. Hopefully she didn’t see something she didn’t want to see. If she did she got a sight she can’t unsee. Lol. This was a very upscale hotel at the time and should still be. A little more upkeep is all it would take. Shotty painting and maintenance in the room is obvious. All in all we loved the nostalgia and beauty of the property. Would go back. But maybe upgrade to a nicer room.”
