”Our stay got off to a very bad start. We waited in line for about an hour and a half just to check in. When we finally reached the front desk around 5:00 PM, we were told that our room still wasn’t ready and that we would need to wait another hour. In the end, we had to wait almost two more hours before we could get into our room. The staff apologized and told us that parking would be free for our two-night stay because of the inconvenience. ”Sitting at the pool area today with my kids and there were two separate fights. One lady refused to move out of a seat that was not hers and fought with an elderly man. Then a fight broke out a few feet away and security was pulled in that directions. The same lady then started a fight with another man about the same seat. Police were called but it took way too long for any resolution to be handed out. I kept my kids close to me after the brawl took place and it seemed security just didn’t know...

”This hotel was amazing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms and lobby area was laid out very nice. The environment gave a cozy cabin vibe. I will definitely be back in the near future!!!”

The bar was a nice convenience. however we were expecting a restaurant at the hotel, I thought I read that in the on line description. the rooms were clean and bed was clean and comfortable. but the room decor was damaged and worn out and well used. Needs an extreme upgrade as well as the bathroom, toilet seat kept sliding! The AC was either freezing...
