”Upon checking in, the room key didn't work. Engineering had to check that the combination of room keys and a special key was able to get me into my room. It was a room with a connecting door - and I heard the couple in the next room fight all night. In the morning, a mouse shot from under the window behind the couch. Needless to say, i was ready to leave.”

”The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant.”

”An older Sheraton. Not as updated and higher end that I'm accustomed to when staying at Sheraton hotels. Had to pay for parking in an open non-secured, uncovered lot. No reason you should need to pay. Breakfast is not included and very pricey. Tucked away in a neighborhood so nothing is close by. Sheets and pillows were mediocre. Disappointed with my stay here.”
