”Overall, everything about the stay was good , the room, service, and location met expectations. However, the main reason I wouldn’t choose this hotel again is the TV setup. There were no apps like Netflix or YouTube, and no easy way to connect or cast from a phone. Traveling with a child, this made it difficult to keep them entertained with movies or shows. If the hotel updates the TVs to include streaming options or casting, I would definitely consider staying again.”

”I had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The only small issue was that the eggs were a bit watery, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. Parking was easy and felt safe, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience!”

”Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. Coffee was good, but not outstanding. I would choose the same room again, room 822. It was awesome. No problems, but about 4 stars --- which is still good! ”

”Breakfast was basically limited to oatmeal for me, since I'm vegan, but I discovered oatmilk in the refrigerator, which was nice for the oatmeal and putting in coffee. Some fresh fruit might have been nice, but other than that, no complaints. Location was very convenient, with restaurants and stores I was able to easily access. Also, a gas station down the street. Emani was especially helpful with some of my crazy questions the first few night I was there. I did not want daily cleaning,...

”The breakfast buffet was excellent. When the coffee machine did not work, a woman from the front desk found another employee who got it going again quickly. The rooms were quiet and very clean. ”

”Nice property. Friendly staff. Our room was by the elevators and we asked to be moved to a quieter location. Though they tried, we were unable to be moved. It was inconvenient being woken up multiple times at night due to the elevator noise and loud guests. The Residence Inn in the same neighborhood offers free breakfast and parking.”
