”Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city.”

”Overall we were happy with our stay because the price was great and the house was clean, but we did encounter multiple problems which hurt our rating. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was limited privacy, there was limited seating and lighting, there was no dish soap and no dishwasher detergent, there were no spare trash bags or spare paper towels, their was no toaster and the stove didn’t work, and there were very few dishes and silverware.”

”Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. ”
