Asked manager to move me to another room, but refused to accommodate me. Guess it doesn’t matter if their ratings go down. Several homeless lurking around area, and appeared to be drugged up! ”Upon checking in, we were told that the key card machine was broken and that the desk attendant would have to let us into our room each time we left it. That was understandable; however, we asked if there was a room on 1st floor available, so the desk attendant switched us. When we got into the room, it was not a suite as I had reserved. ”The house is great. It is spacious and we had everything we needed for the week. We got our codes and information in advance of our arrival and had no issues getting in. The only two concerns we had were that the toilet is quite close to the wall, so if you are a left-handed wiper, you will need to sit sideways on the seat to accommodate the task.
