Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). ”I absolutely loved this place. The house itself is perfect size, hot tub was great. You are far enough out so you feel secluded but close enough to town to feel like you are not in the middle of nowhere. Close fishing and hiking spots. The owners were absolutely amazing. The only minor hiccup was corrected almost instantly. I willbe coming back hare.”

”To stay the only thing that they didn’t have was a barbecue grill outside of the house, which I thought in the description there was one, but other than that, everything was great”

”I went looking for peace and I found it in Berkeley Springs WV. Tony was a VERY attentive host and every message ( big and small) was gifted a swift response. The check in was simple, the cabin is literally as pictured. We did have a small hiccup 2 days shy of checking out.. the fridge stopped worked after a small storm. Again, Tony was on top of this issue but I honestly didn’t want to wait for a tech to come ( especially since the technician offered no ETA) on our last 2 days of vacation. I...
