Larissa nos cambió de habitación y mi esposa pudo dormir tranquila, cabe mencionar todo el personal muy amables desde recepción hasta en restaurante, la Srita Mary Fer muy cordial y amable también siempre al pendiente si nos hacía falta...

”Tuvieron un inconveniente con la habitación que habia reservado, pero me solucionaron de la mejor manera. El aire acondicionado la verdad enfria super bien, solo una de las regadera no salia el agua tan caliente solo como tibia, pero se solucionaba bañanadose en cualquiera de los otros dos baños disponibles. El personal es super amable, las habitaciones muy limpias y equipadas. Fue una muy buena experiencia!”

”I really liked this hotel it's small cozy , clean , well maintained, we where there in low season so no one around , located right in the middle of the main plaza , you can take nice evening walks , it has a brewery called el zopilote, good ambiance , we enjoyed our stay”

”Perfect location you just have to cross the street, and there it is the beach if you don't like a lot people you can just go in the morning. You will have the beach all by yourself and the the water is clean and calm in the morning.”

”The bed was not comfortable, and it seemed that the bed sheets had not been properly cleaned. The portable fan was very noisy, so I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Additionally, I was not provided with a remote control for the air conditioning, which made it difficult to adjust the room temperature. Overall, these issues negatively affected my stay and comfort.”

”The manager Saul was very helpful providing us bikes to ride, arranging snorkeling tours and transportation and suggesting places to eat and to visit. The hotel was very close to a beach and it had a beautiful swimming pool that was kept very clean and at the perfect temperature.”
