”The staff was incredibly cordial, helpful and courteous. It really made a difference. Additionally, every single food item we had at the palace restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our time flew by at the palace and on the day of departure we were left wishing we’d stayed 2 nights at the palace. ”

”Kind and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, delicious food”

”We had three rooms, the one on the 3rd floor was newer than the two on the second floor. Staff were very helpful and attentive, but they were definitely short-staffed. What with it being Durga Puja, management should have employed more staff to make the restaurant and room service more efficient. But this is a management issue, not a reflection on the staff there. Very close to Hajarduari.”

”The rooms are spacious, washrooms nice. All amenities including refrigerator, tea kettle, smart TV etc. Pool was nice. Loation good, just overlooking the lake. Service was prompt, daily housekeeping done. All in all, we had a good 3 days stay. ”

”Huone oli oikein siisti ja henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä.”
