”Overall my stay was nice. Especially because it was during the off season. The pros of my vacation where: -They remembered an incident that happened 10 years ago, and I got a complementary room upgrade. -Sharm the manager really made me feel like he cared, even Calling me Mr. Chris when I walked by. -One service worker with a amazing mustache gave us water bottles to go biking. I wish I knew his name. My only complaints are: The pool cues desperately need to be replaced. The room...

”The outdoor pool at the Lakeside Lodge had an even tile on the deck where my son fell, hit his elbow and ended up with a large cut that needed stitches at the local emergency hospital. The hotel was quick to fix the issue with the tile, but no apologies or acknowledgment was made or other form of compensation for the fact that we had to spend half a day in hospital. Very unfortunate situation.”

”Great stay. Kids enjoyed the pool, close to a family-friendly dinner spot, and great views of the lake. Staff were very friendly offering the kids popsicles upon arrival.”

”Our stay here was a delight! The room was clean and bright and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive, while also being friendly and approachable from the desk to the restaurant and everywhere in between. The turndown service was a nice treat of a surprise as well. We would love to come and stay again.”

”The room was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bed is so comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. One minor issue is that their visa/debit isn't working for security deposit which needs to be fixed as all hotels have this as an option in 2026. But the staff waved the security deposit to fix the issue which was perfect. I love that they have rides to and from the hotel and amenities (clubhouse -restaurant and pool). ”We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

”The restaurant on site is top-notch. We had lunch and a dinner. Both were fantastic. We were going to go into Bracebridge to find a nice restaurant and we are glad we did not. Can’t wait to go back.”

”I literally only slept here. - I checked in at 11pm and it seemed like a nice place. However, the birds were insanely loud. -but the soap, drapes and bedding were nice. It was also nice to have a little snack bar to buy things and the complimentary breakfast.”
