”Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water.”

”The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. ”

”Hotel was not value for the money we paid. Mainly because it is quite basic and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Also they didn't find our reservation by check in. But the restaurant is very good. Nice view, good food, service is good and good natural ac.”

”What a wonderful place to stay especiially before and after your sailing adventure. The hotel receptionist at the front desk Sheran was amazing! She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was especially helpful with local knowledge and gave amazing dinner recommendations! ”

”Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!! Awesome attitude and made drinks to our specifications. Also, Mariasol and Chantel. These ladies were friendly and helpful. Andrea and...

”The room was a perfect well designed one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The view is phenomenal! Sunsets are not to be missed. The restraunt meals were the best we had on the island!! Staff was exceptional with great recommendations and joyful interactions.”

”Stairs on this property very sketchy. Lugged suitcase and carry-on to third floor. Driveway wasn't much better. Steep walk. Sparsely appointed kitchen. Husband stepped on broken glass in the kitchen area and cut his toe No light bulb in bathroom. Did replace after we brought it to their attention. Short walk to Cane Garden Bay Beach. Priced a little high for the quality in my opinion. ”

”Clean room & the perfect patio to sit & watch the waves come in. There is also a restaurant on property that was wonderful and were great hosts. Room was clean and AC was strong even though it was a scorcher outside. Check in process was easy and personal. Would stay here again ”
