”Not so many restaurants on the site (Japanese, Chinese and a mix). I am not sure if I could eat a whole week on these three restaurants. It was almost impossible to have any service from the pool bar - no staff nearby and it was very difficult to order any beverages or lunch. Basically, the pool bar was "closed" even though the hotel was fully booked due to new year. One needed to dress up and go inside to a restaurant to find any staff. Then again you waited to have the menu and then another...

”Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.”

”Beach was trashy, they just try to hide all the trash behind bushes and all.The bed is not kingsize it's just to single beds put together. Room and bed had ants.
Quality of service.. they don't even know what the word service means. Can't understand how they have got those stars.. in my opinion they deserve max 2 stars.”

”Spacious room and very nice surroundings. Good service but with full house over public holidays, the hotel seems overwhelmed by the crowd especially during check in and breakfast. However notwithstanding, service & foods generally good. Hotel food for short stays of 1-2 nights. Some maintenance work has to be done in the room eg.tap knob missing, water not flowing out properly in shower area. ”The worst “resort” experience of my life – avoid at all costs!
This place looks straight out of a horror movie. The moment you step in, it feels haunted – dim hallways that resemble a horror alleyway leading to your room. The carpets are disgustingly stained and dirty, the curtains are no better, and thick layers of dust dangle off the corners like cobwebs.
