”The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. The inn and its grounds are immaculately maintained. The breakfast served at the time of your choosing was delicious and what a treat to savor it on the private patio with the birds singing and the lovely manicured grounds to enjoy. The inn is next door to the Kingsbrae Gardens and there is a gate to enter just to the right of the front door. I enjoyed the well appointed room, the whirlpool tub and the beautiful library and living room areas....

”The room we had was absolutely disgusting. The sofa was covered in hair and stained. Had to have the desk lady ( very nice lady who was very helpful and apologetic) come up and try to clean it. After 1/2 hr she gave us a sheet to put over the sofa because it still wasn’t completely clean. There was also hair in the shower and on the counter. Room was not vacuumed either. She told us someone would be up the next day to clean but nobody else came. No cleaning service for 3 days. Had to empty your...

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Très bel hôtel l’accueil est parfait, beau Hall d’entrée, les lits sont très confortables. Très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville et des restaurants. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et espérons y retourner prochainement.”
