”All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. ”Stayed for a couple of nights, wish we could have stayed longer! Room was bigger than expected, clean and lots of light, comfy bed,. Food delicious, cocktails and drinks great, staff friendly and welcoming and a besutiful setting by the river and lush gardens. Hope to return again. ”
