”The TV did not work, the phone did not work, electronic foor lock did not work, the property was run down and unkept, the room was dated with damaged furniture and equipment, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room was very expensive and they charged $25.00 per day for parking. Over rated and over priced. There are far better hotels in St John’s for less money. Don’t stay here!”

”Very small room with tiny ensuite, all very clean with decent amenities. Ceiling fan & window that opens kept place a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Although shared kitchen had a large water bottle for filling a glass, individual bottles would be preferable for convenience. Fridge & freezer were convenient but didn’t use the kitchen or shared sitting area. No real room to sit other than on bed, even though 2 chairs & a small table were provided. Wasn’t there to hang out in room though so...
