”Parking is a nightmare. I only got instructions for parking after I checked in. Lobby is on the 12th floor and elevators are touch pad outside elevators. ”

”I surprised my husband with a 2 days trip to Niagara Falls and we had a great time! Check-in was friendly and fast service. The older gentleman outside explained parking and got us a great spot!! Everything was within walking distance which was wonderful since everywhere you go you have to pay to park the only down fall but you have to expect that! The hotel was clean smells nice hot tub was perfect and pool very clean stocked with towels! Check out was just as friendly and quick!!! ”

”Great area. Close to all the tourists spot. Good breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was clean only once. I have to call to have extra towels and to collect our garbage. ”

”It’s Hilton. It’s a better hotel. The service was exceptional and the facility and room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, especially Aaron. I asked for a different room because the first suite was dated and the view was limited. I was assisted with kindness and professionalism. I was able to park nearby for a nominal fee at a convenient store. I plan to stay again, but it was a 10 minute walk to the attractions we visited. ”
