”I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...

”This is a beautiful property with beautiful mountain views loved the stay here and recommend it for families and friends etc”

”What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏”

”Magical place and wonderful staff”

”The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. We stayed for two nights and noticed that the breakfast selection changed by about 50–60% between the two mornings. You’ll need to ask for tea or specialty coffee, such as espresso or...

”Gorgeous retreat, the ambiance was beautiful and the room was very clean with luxurious amenities! The property had many features that were picturesque. The restaurant breakfast and dinner were great! The host was very friendly and helpful when we had a late check in after a sleeper bus. I will be rebooking this for our next trip in Vietnam!”

”Very modern clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Tam Coc. It’s in a great location for the small town centre and a short walk into the beautiful countryside. Swimming pool is lovely and very clean . You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.”

”Overall beautiful resort, however the ongoing construction in the hotel (not fully ready hotel) it’s still impacting negatively to the experience. Once ready it will be great!”

”Excellent experience! The grounds were beautiful, amenities unmatched, the room was immaculate and well stocked, the service was absolutely above and beyond! Great place to spend my 50th birthday. I was adequately spoiled!”

”perfect hotel with extraordinary service. Absolutely recommend.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh...

”Great!”

”The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The coffees were delicious!”

”It's a great value for the money .Staff is super friendly and helpful .Great location so you can walk to many restaurants”

”I had an amazing stay here in Ninh Binh. The whole experience felt incredibly warm and homey from the moment I arrived. The highlight was definitely the family who owns and runs the property. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, and they made me feel at home throughout my entire stay. You can tell they really care about their guests and put a lot of heart into the place. Everything about the stay was great — the property was comfortable, peaceful, and had such a nice...
