”Breakfast was good,and server's was great Front desk is terrible ”

”I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find my bed and clothes completely soaked because rainwater was leaking through the ceiling. No guest should ever have to deal with something like this while sleeping. On top of that, the loby washroom and my room was dirty, the bed was creaking constantly, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The overall condition of the room shows a serious lack of cleanliness and...

”The common areas and the personnel are lovely. However, the room I stayed in is quite old and definitely not worth the price. The room has no closing windows, so it is pretty noisy. You can perfectly hear the noise of people and the music at the bar. There are also no curtains in the room, so there is a lot of light during the night. ”

”Let me tell you guys that this is truly a beautiful place a really Paradise...the staff is so wonderful the food is so wonderful the view is breathtaking...this place is away from all the hustle and bustle....I really wish I would have stayed more days there...I mostly definitely would stay there again...but next time for a week...I loved it....thank you staff for making me feel at home...they even gave me a hug when I was leaving..xoxoxo”

”It is like the place does not exist at all. my group and I were stranded in Cap Haitien whith no where to go the owner did not give the address and was no where to be found by phone or otherwise. This place should taking off this platform.”
