”The location is wonderful, right on the beach. You can have a drink and a meal right on the beach. It's very safe. The airport shuttle service works very well and is included in the room price. The service is friendly but a bit slow. I've stayed at other hotels in Cap-Haïtien, and this is definitely the best.”

”I had a great stay and wished that I had stayed longer. The views of the city were spectacular and I highly recommend you take photos of the sunrise over the city. The food was excellent and reasonable. The new owner was a delight to talk to and he informed me that all of his electricity comes from a generator since the city does not provide it. ”Hotel Village d’Ennery is a very nice place to stay. Staff are professional and friendly. Very nice compound with a nice view of the mountains around, a peaceful place with two swimming pools, a tennis court, gift center etc… Located at 25/30 minutes drive from Gonaives. During my stay, for 2 days, the TV was not working and they fail to fix it. It seems that electricity is not 24/7 but still good. Internet is fine. ”Gonaives does not have many options for tourists. However, this hotel was very clean and comfortable! The room was spotless and smelled clean, had a full bath, tv, and AC. The hotel had working wifi. The only issue with the hotel itself is that it is dated, but that's the case with many hotels and is nothing more than a visual criticism. The person at the front desk also did not really speak French, only creole. Which was fine because we had a Haitian driver, but could maybe pose a problem to...
