”Lovely room with huge bed. Nice and clean and staff friendly. Food was average with the humus and babaganush completely tasteless. They’d also run out of a couple of key elements of the main menu which made the choices difficult. Other than that was ok”

”We enjoyed an excellent 1 night stay in a spacious Manor room with 4 poster bed, with a lovely view overlooking the terrace and golf course. Hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you also for the 'Happy birthday' message and chocolate treats in the room. There is plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, and the food is really good. The only slight niggle is that the hot food was not piping hot. ”Nothing was too much for the staff, the breakfast was lovely as was the food. It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. We will be back.”

”The accommodation was super clean and spacious with everything needed for our stay. Only downside was that bedrooms were upstairs which was difficult as one of us had recent back surgery - didn't know beforehand that all 2 bedroom apartments were over two floors. Apart from that we had a lovely stay.”

”The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really.”

”Absolutely fantastic hotel, value for money was great, the setting is stunning and the breakfast menu is fantastic, but most importantly they had plugs and USB sockets next to the bed and a good shower! couldn’t recommend enough!”

”Last minute night away , lovely welcome from owner showed us where we could park ,how to get to our room and chatted to us for bit,lovely man. Was about 7:30 pm when arrived so we popped are bags in room and then went local town for food , later after back we went to swimming pool for hour was absolutely lovely sooo warm and inviting spent over hour in there had to ourselves ,back in room we got into comfy beds and watched tv before sleeping , In morning got up early went to sweet little diy...

”Difficult to decide what would raise this from a 3 star to 4 star hotel apart from larger rooms, bathrooms, TV screen & extra furniture because everyhthing in the hotel was beyond what we expected. Good choice in menu (although fresh filter coffee rather than the machine Americano would have been preferable), well prepared & the portions generous. We expect to go back on another occasion. ”
