”We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. Clearly this is a luxury hotel without any soul, pride or sense of retaining it’s reputation.. This is the poorest treatment we have had...

”Absolutely NOT a five star hotel when it comes to the room and facilities, corridors and elevators. Pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment with 31 degrees, as it was the criteria to choose the hotel. Service was friendly. Breakfast good, but completely overpriced. Would not go again.”
