”Well equipped kitchen. Having access to clean water for a buck a gallon was a big benefit. The pool area was great. But the view from the chairs just up the dune from the house was spectacular!”

”Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. ”Nice clean villa steps to the beach. As advertised. The only issue was the internet which kept dropping off. This trip was partly a work trip so a functioning internet was important to me. The host Yvette was very responsive via the text however individual answering the phone number provided at the property was not helpful at all. Would recommend unless internet is really impitoyable you”

”Treasure Cay is the most beautiful place to be. The beaches are amazing,with crystal clear blue waters. It’s truly something special to be here. The house was equipped with everything you could think of. Our pool was professionally cleaned every single day! The home has huge gorgeous ceilings and is even nicer in person, than in the listing pictures. My family loved the laid back atmosphere but there were also so many fun places to go. ”The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience.”

”Clean and roomy, absolutely beautiful beach, quiet area. Really recommend if you want a calming vecation. Dough (the host) was really easy to communicate with and will answer the same day if you have any questions. You should have a car or golfcart to get around. ”
