Kaunis upscale hiljattain remontoitu huvila viehättävällä porteilla Beach Villas Treasure Cay Resort, Abaco. Mere askeleen päässä maailman parhaasta rannasta. Niin lähellä voit kuunnella valtavia aaltoja meressä, kun nukut.

Uusi täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Uusi kylpyhuone turhuus. Uudet huonekalut. Ranta rakastaja pehmeä jauhemaista valkoista hiekkaa kilometrejä (3. 5miles) ja rauhallinen, selkeä vesi vesi, täydellinen uinti .. Rauhallinen, luonnonkaunis näköala naapurisaarille (Green Turtle Cay, No Name Cay, Whale Cay). Yksityinen, Uncrowded ja Serene. Great place to stay!

What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. It was just about a 30 minute boat ride from the marina to Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay. At low tide, turn right at the beach and walk about 1 mile to an amazing sandbar where we found starfish, sand dollars, and beautiful shells. On your way back, if it's before 4, stop at the beach club resort for a drink. The beach villas is a lovely community with friendly people and feels extremely safe. The only room for improvement I'd say is it would be nice to have a dresser or drawers of some kind in the master bedroom to more neatly unpack (Theres 1 or 2 shelves in the closet, that's about it) and my husband would have really loved a propane or charcoal grill. Thankfully one of the very friendly neighbors was kind enough to let us use their grill.Highly recommend this property!

Lovely property

At first we were disappointed that the property wasn’t directly on the ocean, but soon overcame that when we found the beach was just a 3-minute walk & we could hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach from the villa. Plus Yvette informed us we could borrow the beach chairs from the Beach Villas on Abaco (BVOA) Cabana beach area during our stay (which we were thankful for, as we used them to watch the sunrise every morning & returned them at the end of our stay). The kitchen doesn’t have bowls with lids, so we recommend when you stop for groceries to pick up Ziploc bags, tinfoil, paper towels & toilet paper (only 1 roll per bathroom to start). If you plan to make meals for a large family, the pots and pans are not really large enough. There were some things that a handyman could easily fix at the villa, such as a rotted picnic table bench, bathroom hardware that wouldn’t stay on, backyard deck wood popping up. Also, the deck chairs can’t be moved, so when they’re in the sun, they’re in the sun—enjoy it, or sit somewhere else, lol. And finally, we could never get the TVs in the bedrooms to work, although the main tv in the living room worked fine. Not that you come to Abaco to watch TV, but it would have been nice to have something on as you’re trying to fall asleep at night. It’s a very quiet community, the pool was fabulous. The beach is absolutely amazing. All in all it was a wonderful getaway. Often times we felt like we had the beach to ourselves, which was wonderful!

Comfortable condo in a great location

We stayed here five days and had a very relaxing low stress time. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded, with plenty of lounges and shade palapas to get out of the sun if you prefer. You can walk for miles on one of the prettiest beaches in the islands. White soft sand with crystal clear water.The pool is large well cared for and with lots of seating.The villa is well appointed with a complete kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the entire place is very clean. There is some nice outdoor seating well concealed by tall hedges.There are a few very nice places for lunch and dinner, just a short walk down the beach. If you want tourist hustle and bustle, the reality is Great Abaco is not the island to hang out on. It is a quiet relaxed place.

Treasure Cay Island Paradise

Absolutely beautiful place to stay…steps from one of the lost beautiful beaches in the world. Still rebuilding the area after the 2019 hurricane. Friendly people all around. Yvette is the consummate host! Addressed all questions quickly and her Serenity by the Sea is so warm and cozy! A must place to stay if you are looking for quiet, very few kids, and no theme parks! Just don’t book and bump us from our next stay!!!

The modem needs to be replaced it is fixed with band aids and it is not working continuously. First day without internet Manager told us was going to send somebody but never happens. This place is even better than described. it's in a fantastic location (Treasure Cay) and the unit is very well maintained. The A/C works great. the owner was very, VERY prompt in responding to any question i had and gave us some very good suggestions for boat rental and fishing. we will 1000% go back to Serenity by the Sea in the future.

Property dirty and in poor condition and HOA areas not usable

Property was dirty and in poor condition. Lipstick on cups, dirty residue on glasses, old crusted washing-up sponge on the sink, knives and forks with food remains. On check-in the property was at 90 degrees and the storm shutters were all closed even though it had been readied for our arrival just a couple of hours prior. Floor was dirty with bugs. Grill (that we had brought food for) was in a pile of used and rusted pieces. The host was responsive and apologetic at first and kindly offered to clean. However, we chose to leave after one night because a full top to bottom cleaning of the unit would not have fixed the overall condition - missing trim, missing towel rail, rusted pull handles, an abandoned safe in the closet, built up residue on the sink and faucets, broken door sliders. We also left because of the upkeep of the common areas of the HOA totally precluded their use - the landscaping was overgrown with discarded road cones in random places. Most disappointing was that the HOA beach chairs were rusted through, broken and not usable.

Peace and quiet

Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay.

Beautiful Treasure Cay

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Serenity By the Sea on Treasure Cay. The Beach Villas community is very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept, the pool area is very nice, and the beach is beautiful with plenty of lounges and cabanas. This villa is in a quiet location in the community and very clean. With the windows open, the ocean waves lull you to sleep. We were a short walk to the pool and a 3 1/2 mile beach. Also a 5 minute walk to the office where there are nice laundry facilities and potable drinking water to purchase @ $1/gallon. The patio with picnic table was good for breakfast and coffee in the morning sun. The landscaping around the patio has grown and provides a privacy screen. The power went out a couple of times, and we had issues with the internet and tv. The internet issues were resolved. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar at Bahama Beach Club, which is 10-15 minute walk. The sandbar toward Windward Point is a great place for shelling at low tide. The Mini-Mart nearby has limited supplies, so it would be wise to shop in Marsh Harbour for groceries and liquor. Also, FYI, many places accept cash only, and there are no ATM’s in the area.

Amazing Vacation

The property is fantastic and just as described. Walking distance to Cafe Florence’s and the marina where we rented a boat and explored the near by islands (this is a must). The water is absolutely beautiful and we were the only ones on the beach for the majority of our time there. If you are looking for peace and quiet and perfect beaches this is it. Watching our kids run and play without any worry was truly a vacation. We are already planning our next trip back!

Great property, close to beach

The house was beautiful and very clean. Just steps away from the most beautiful beach! Yvette was very friendly and helpful when the Wi-Fi stopped working. We would definitely stay again.!!

Comfortable villa close to beach

My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable stay at Serenity By The Sea villa. The unit was clean and well appointed with newer appliances and linens. We had a couple of initial glitches but Yvette was quick to respond and take care of things. The unit was within a couple minutes walk to the beach. The Treasure Cay Beach Villa community was a very clean and safe community to stay in. People were exceedingly friendly and helpful.
