”Excellent site with lots of things to do. The accomodation was clean and very airy. The location was ideal for us as it was near the end of Conningsbury runway which was one of main reasons for our visit. Nice bars, a little pricey, but a good choice of ale's and cocktails. No late partying which was good. Great location for all of the various visitor sites and airfield's. Good for getting to Lincoln also.”

”Very good hotel next to the Cathedral and pubs/restaurants.”

”Great location on waterfront. Close to town, restaurants and cinema.”

”Mukava, siisti ja hyvin skandinaaviseen makuun sopiva hotelli. Kaikin puolin mukava!”

”Hotelli oli kelpo, hana kurlutti kun siihen laski vettä mutta ne on pieniä vikoja. Löytyi myös silitysrauta joka oli kovassa käytössä vkl aikana. ”

”Stayed here many times. Always clean and tidy with pleasant team”

”The location is excellent for the castle and cathedral. It’s an old building and therefore not ‘flashy’ but it has character. We received a friendly welcome and the staff team were very helpful. It’s a great base for visiting the old town. We did not have the time to see the town down the hill. You may have to park in the car park opposite and pay, as the hotel car park is quite small but there is space to drop off a guest if needed and then to park.”

”Worth a stay”

”Ok.”

”The "hotel" in some respects was reasonable (vehicle parking, visual appearance, and the room itself), but did not justify the name of hotel. The property offered no facilities for an evening meal (and even the nearest dining facilities {more than half a mile away} was closing down at the end of the day we were there and only offered a limited menu on that day). When asking what time breakfast was served there was some doubt whether it was served at all. They then stated that breakfast would be...

”Had a really spacious and comfortable room. Couldn't fault it for the money, great value. Are dinner at the restaurant and it was good too. Easy check in and out with friendly staff.”

”Room was modern and spacious, immaculately clean! Beds so comfy! Whole building was well looked after, loved the ease of check in. Breakfast room was a bonus we didn't expect! Easy to find and cheap parking outside the front door. Would highly recommend. Absolutely faultless!”

”Only minor issue was the sound of the bar, but that went just after 11pm and wasn't too bad. Everything else was good, enjoyed breakfast and the location was ideal”

”Excellent, as always. Spacious, comfortable room with character. Lovely bistro and wonderful breakfast room.”
