”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery”

”Overall exactly what was needed”

”Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...

”This is our third stay at the hotel, and we always find it enjoyable and great value. Our only criticism this time would be that they were quite slow to replenish the breakfast buffet, despite us having breakfast during one of the earlier, quieter slots. All staff were friendly and helpful and clearly working hard, but our experience at the Drayton Manor theme park later that day led us to suspect there may be a resort wide issue with staffing levels, which is a shame because that was the only...
