”Really nice looking property with easy parking. Food was excellent and location was out of the way quiet but still easy to get to. Some negatives was that the matteress was old and soft so you rolled toward the center and one of the receptionists had limited people skills. No conversation loke 'good morning, how was your stay.... anything and one of the advertised benefits of that roaring fire was not kept alight so any though of having a drink after dinner infront of it ..you can forget....

”Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉”

”Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Broken drinks vending machine and they sorted me out water. Really good price and rooms great. Hairdryer does set off the fire alarm though!”

”Tremendous value. We were in Leicestershire for a pre-Christmas family get-together. The hotel was everything we needed. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, the staff friendly and happy to help, and the hotel had a pleasant festive vibe about it. Great location in the middle of Quorn too. Thanks again to the hotel manager who whipped out the first aid kit when I was daft enough to injure a couple of fingers at 10pm on a Sunday evening.”

”Nice old (18th century) Hotel in a nice village. Quite big rooms, a bit spotty but its part of the style I think... Good service, nice breakfast. But it is an old house and the smell (like in a cellar) remained on clothes even after washing”
