”Having stayed at the venue a few times; the Casa Hotel delivered again! This started even before we arrived at the Hotel; as I requested a specific room for our stay, & the hotel E- mailed back on the same day stating the room was now reserved for us on our stay! ”Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return”

This is not quaint medieval Lincoln ( 12 min walk away) and the surrounding environment is harsh and full of ugly, student accommodation blocks. Big car park to rear but difficult to find as road signs are poor. Hotel signs also hidden by new building next door and not located on the street address.”

The food in the restaurant was also excellent and a good range to choose from. Overall this would be one of the better Hotels we have stayed in on our 5 week road trip around the UK.”

”What makes the Link Hotel so special: All of the staff are great people without exception and this includes maintenance and cleaning staff. Really, they are helpful, friendly and responsive to any issues you may have. Here is a case of 5 star staff in a 3 star hotel. Special mention to Harry, Emily, Denise, Monique, Romana, Steph. Joanna on cleaning and Mark + Ashley on maintenance. Oh, and yes, the rooms are clean and even though the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work in our room, everything...

Also double charged my account for our food and drink, removed eventually. But still was a live charge on my credit card for a week.”
