”Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. Restaurant recommendations Curry Traders, la Bianca and nyomans warring- reception can boom ”

”This property had a beautiful location right on the waterfront and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly polite, professional and welcoming. The only thing I’d note was that there were many steps between the lobby, rooms and pools that might be unsuitable for some guests. It’s easy to get a taxi but the area around the resort isn’t really walkable, if that’s what you’re looking for.”

”Beautiful escape with amazing villa and pools. Food was fantastic but could have had more choice. Would have loved a steam room and/or sauna. Spa was amazing not over priced. Staff were amazing at organising adventures for us and communication. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed! Would love to come back”

”Kun olimme hotellissa paikanpäällä palvelu toimisi ja asiakaspalvelu muuten hyvä mutta kun kerroimme huolemme siitä miten emme saaneet vastausta ennen hotelliin pääsyämme hotellille kuljetus asiassa he lähes ignoorasivat palautteemme täysin ja halusivat vaihtaa aiheen nopeasti muuhun asiaa. Maua hotellin takia koko matkamme suunnitelma muuttui luksuksesta, hyvin epä siistiin ja vaivalloiseen matkaan. Emme ikinä voi suositella tätä hotellia kenellekään joka kaipaa todellista luksusta ja aitoa...

”A wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location right at the beach was also just great. The wifi was pretty good and the restaurant really good. The little improvements would be the guide signs to help customers to find the place, lightning in the room (now it was a bit dark), a desk with a chair in the room and a bit more plentiful breakfast. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.”
