”The room appeared OK as we checked in (the first night) but as time moved on, we discovered irritations. The sink would not drain properly and soap scum up the sides of the sink resulted. Upon trying to sleep the first night, we found the square pillows quite hard and uncomfortable. They just would no give way and resulted in discomfort while trying to use them.
