”Great place to stay in the area. Clean, comfortable, large room and easy to park. Walkable to the Hard Rock Casino. Very reasonable price! Staff was great! I would stay again!”

”Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. ”

”When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. ”
