”LOVE this hotel. We stay every time we go to Mayo. It is out dated but SUPER CLEAN, a place you can tell employees take pride in. We always recognize staff even through the years. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. One huge perk too is it has access in the hotel to the subway system. Thanks Brentwood for another awesome stay, you never disappoint. ”

”It was clean, the breakfast was great. But what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. They were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall efficient. The gentleman at night offered us good places to eat. Checked us in quickly & efficiently. The women in the morning were so knowledgeable, told us about the shuttle to Mayo. All the staff were very authentic about us enjoying our stay. It wasn’t just with us. I seen them with other customers. Just the same. It is so nice to see...
